Staff not welcoming, very aloof, and not informative regarding hotel procedures.l, eg breakfast times, code for exit from car park.

Great location , easy access to parking. The bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioning was not very efficient in our room, the bathroom was tight for taller people , you could not open the door to 90 degree because the shelves blocked the door. The staff at breakfast was inexperienced,
